Nationwide Shipping Program Disclosure:

This " free nationwide shipping" promotion is only valid if a vehicle is being sold at the listed advertised internet price which is only eligible for the "free nationwide shipping" program. If you are outside our free delivery area, meaning any additional shipping cost exceeding our max allowance of $900.00 if transport costs, due to delivery distance and location or the customer requesting enclosed premium shipping from the dealership's current location. Any Additional shipping cost that may occur over the MAX shipping cost budget of $900.00 will be the sole responsibility of the customer before the vehicle is purchased. If a customer negotiates a discounted purchase price that is accepted by both parties, the "promotional free nationwide shipping program" will be voided, and no longer be valid on any negotiated final price sale of the vehicle. No transport credit will be applied or discounted as part of the sale agreement. Certain vehicle exclusions may apply. Please ask your representatives for more detailed information.**

Registering State Process:

Buyers are responsible for paying the state registered tax, title, license, dealer processing and documentation fee's. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state unless included in the final purchase deal. Auto By Design, does not include any required fee's for your state of ownership. Please reach out to a representative for more details and information.

Merchant Payment Agreement & Terms:

The merchant agrees to exchange deposit credit for similar in relation to a vehicle of purchase that is equal in price of original item of purchase. The merchant does not accept returns or refunds of deposits made to the merchant.The “Buyer,” agrees to a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT towards a purchase, in relation of said "vehicle" including, but not limited to, motorcycle, scooter, ATV, or any related Automotive merchandise purchase of Parts, Accessories, and Related Services Rendered. Acknowledging the representation to be accurate, to the Buyer by Auto By Design, LLC. Seller hereby agrees in consideration of payment of said NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to withdraw said Vehicle, Parts or Accessories from the market until the above purchase of said vehicle, parts, or accessories has been completed, and upon receipt of the remaining amount due for the purchase by the Buyer. Buyer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if he fails to pay the Seller the remaining amount due, when it is due, for the purchase of said "vehicle", parts, accessories or services, the NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT shall be forfeited. Buyer understands and agrees never to dispute representation of said vehicle purchase, parts, or accessories, and all sales are final without recourse due.Seller may, at his sole discretion, issue a credit not exceeding the deposit amount, to be applied when making a future purchase with Auto By Design, LLC.
