Merchant Payment Agreement & Terms:

The merchant agrees to exchange deposit credit for similar in relation to a vehicle of purchase that is equal in price of original item of purchase. The merchant does not accept returns or refund of deposit made to merchant.

The “Buyer,” agree a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT towards a purchase, in relation of said "vehicle" including, but not limited to, motorcycle, scooter, ATV, or any related Automotive merchandise purchase of Parts, Accessories, and Related Services Rendered. Acknowledging the representation to be accurate, to the Buyer by Auto By Design, LLC.

Seller hereby agrees in consideration of payment of said NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to withdraw said Vehicle, Parts or Accessories from the market until the above purchase of said vehicle, parts, or accessories has been completed, and upon receipt of the remaining amount due for the purchase by the Buyer.

Buyer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if he fails to pay the Seller the remaining amount due, when it is due, for the purchase of said "vehicle", parts, accessories or services, the NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT shall be forfeited. Buyer understands and agrees never to dispute representation of said vehicle purchase, parts, or accessories, and all sales are final without recourse due.

Seller may, at his sole discretion, issue a credit not exceeding the deposit amount, to be applied when making a future purchase with Auto By Design, LLC.
